工作職責 Responsibility: 在歐洲BD總監的指導下,完成所指派的商家入駐任務,並代表Poizon Global對外溝通、傳達平台價值和優勢。Complete assigned vendor aquiring missons under EU BD Director's guidance, On behalf of Poizon Global to commnicate with regional ecosystem and to express platform's value and strengths. 監測商家整體表現並持續進行溝通以期最大化的融入平台活動運營和商品供給,透過適當的數據化分析,帶領所指派的商家優化其履約率及銷售額。Monitor vendor performances and communicate constantly to assist vendor to fit in Poizon Global's platform events and merchandising supply; lead assigned vendors to optimise their performances via suitable anlytics. 協助歐洲BD總監發展及落地Poizon Global在區域市場及行業生態系統的發展和戰略執行。Assist EU BD Director to develop and execute Poizon Global's strategy within regional market and industry ecosystem. 職位要求 Requirement: 至少3-5年工作經歷,有奢侈品、電商平台、或顧問諮詢行業相關經歷 Have at least 3-5 years work experiences in luxury, e-com platform, or consultancy 雙語至三語能力(英文為必要,第二外語須為義大利文或法文,第三外語可為其他歐洲語言或阿拉伯語)Billingual to trillingual, English is must, second language could be Italian or French, third could be other European language or Arabian. 具備良好的商業邏輯及數據分析能力,對於奢侈品商業有基本的認知。Have good commercial sense and data analysis (excel and SQL), as well as good understanding in luxury business. 良好的溝通能力、學習態度及適應能力,具備好的跨部門協作能力
