Job Description - Responsible for strategic planning On EU market localization and expansion. Executing regulations to attract business with boutique shop, brand, franchised store, and personal buyer. Observing and addressing Chinese and overseas market unique customer needs to board member.- Team Leadership in business developing. Landing business partner timely by establishing partnership cultivating eco-system. Ensure GMV, fulfillment rate, and any business related quota improvement. - Establishing business partner management system, seek solution of sustaining healthy business partner cultivating process to improve client’s loyalty. Continuously tracking peer group’s (e-commerce platforms), Brands’, pop-culture tendency, to optimize business partners hierarchy. - Managing EU supply chain team, guarantee business partner’s order fulfillment by penetrating business partner’s scenario. Directing team optimize operation process and business partner experience. - Supervising EU and Shanghai team, responsible for GMV growth. Job Requirements - Have an insight into local customer(Italy, France, UK, etc) behavior and luxury brand supply chain. - Highly experienced in e-commerce industry, familiar with logistic, finance and operation process. - Outstanding resource holder, including but not limited to boutique shop, brand, showroom or personal buyer. - Recruiting team efficiently and presenting high quality team workresult. - based in Italy, accept business travel to Head quarter, Shanghai
